    ​EK Build pride themselves on supporting individuals through their apprenticeships with the ​Building and Construction Training Organisation (BCITO), setting them up for a future in the construction industry.

    EK Build is proud to partner with Ngati Toa on their Mahi Toa initiative. This iwi led initiative exists to assist Ngāti Toa descendants into construction based trades, with a view of participating in meaningful employment by improving employment opportunities, preparing people to enter apprenticeships, supporting apprentices in their journey and increasing the skill base of Ngāti Toa descendants to contribute to the iwi vision and aspirations.
